Geochron - the day/night worldclock
Brought to your desktop in technicolour. See it like it is. Global realtime day night display. I run the good old fashioned CIA sponsored version at home.
I have been a bit slack updating here and I will try to make up for it now that some of my domestic chores have been realised.
I am tasked with all baby shopping for the new family so have been a bit obsessed actually. I thought I would share some of my latest big ticket items eBay purchases with the rest of the world.
As previously indicated I have been very occupied with Prams and strollers and as it turns out I have now made our first investment in this space…. A VOLVO of a pram it is, but before I got that far I decided that if I couldn’t decide on a pram I could at least get something to pimp the ride for the new arrival.
Well as soon as I saw these items I just knew I had to have them, they must have been made especially for me.

Just the name CaMOOflage. Fantastic stuff and in the bag.
Shortly after I invested in a baby carrier – that leaves your arms free for something else which kind of seem very attractive. I tried Matt and Helen’s Baby Bjorn Active before with little Laurie in it and it was a great feeling. Definately had to have something like that. Werll this is what we ended up with so far:

And finally Monday I made an offer o a pram that didn’t sell on eBay. I offered less than the starting price and to my surprise they went for it. Yes this is the VOLVO like Tank of a pram. It is pretty heavy and will probably not be suitable for anything but local outings so we proabably still need a car / out and about type pram. But at least the first wheels are sorted. My first car was a Volvo and I like the idea that the baby’s first wheels will be like that too. OK enough nostalgia already here is what it looks like:

Adjustable suspension bliss on a steel frame and pneumatic wheels. does anyone know if all Emmaljunga parts are interchangeable as in seats and bassinet on the various frames?
